Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are typically dispatched within 1–2 days of receiving payment. Deliveries are handled by PostNord or DHL and include tracking.

For orders with free shipping, the most economical shipping option is used; please feel free to contact us if you would prefer a different method.

 If you do not see a shipping option for your location in our list, please contact us, and we will look into adding it.

Shipping costs cover handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. The handling fee is a fixed amount, while the transport cost varies based on the total weight of the shipment.
