This LED strip should be mounted on aluminum for the best cooling effect. Talk to your dealer for a recommendation. The LED strip is delivered with a double-sided adhesive tape (3M 300LSE). Make sure that the surface is clean and dry.
The LED strips can be cut to the desired length with scissors or a fine cutting pliers at marked locations. See our accessories for suitable tools.
The strips can be soldered or connected with the intended contacts. We do recommend that you solder to get a long and reliable function.
Be careful when handling LED strips, they should not be folded during soldering and where components are located. See data sheet for maximum bending radius. When handling the LED strip, ESD (Electro Static Discharge) must be taken into account so as not to damage components.
